Tournament Rules

2025泸州老窖·国窖1573WCGC中国赛总决赛&全球华人精英高尔夫总决赛将在WCGC中国赛赛事裁判组的管理和运营下进行，以下简称“赛事组委会”或“组委会”。

2025 Luzhou Laojiao · Guojiao 1573 WCGC China Annual Final & Global Chinese Elite Golf Annual Final will be conducted under the management and operation of WCGC China Rules Committee, hereinafter referred to as "Tournament Organizing Committee" or "Committee".

参赛者身份限制 

Participant Restrictions

● 比赛面向全部30周岁以上男女业余高尔夫选手开放；

● 专业教练，职业球员、高尔夫从业教球人员、以及曾经有过专业教练、职业球员身份者都不符合竞赛选手参赛条件。

The competition is open to all male and female amateur golfers over the age of 30.

Professional coaches, professional players, professional golf teachers, and those who have ever been a professional coach or professional player are not eligible for the competition.

● 所有的晋级选手必须为本人参赛；

● 中国总决赛选手：从中国各区域晋级的晋级选手、中国各区域邀请参赛选手；

● 华人总决赛选手：从全球各区域晋级的晋级选手、全球各区域邀请参赛选手；

All finalists must compete for themselves.

Finalists of the China Final: Finalists from all regions in China, and contestants invited from all regions in China.

Finalists of the Global Chinese Annual Final: Finalists from all regions of the world and invited contestants from all regions of the world. 

比赛规则

Rules

● 比赛采用由中国高尔夫球协会审定的，The R&A 规则有限公司颁布的最新版《高尔夫球规则》，以及赛事裁判组所制定的当地规则和竞赛规程补充条款。任何问题或者疑议都由赛事现场的裁判组处理，他们关于规则争议的处置将是最终决定。

The tournament will be played in accordance with the latest edition of the Rules of Golf issued by The R&A Rules Co., LTD., as approved by the China Golf Association, as well as the local rules and supplementary provisions of the tournament regulations formulated by the tournament judges. Any questions or doubts will be dealt with by the referees at the event and their decision on any rule dispute will be final.

● 36洞个人比杆赛，按照总杆成绩进行排名

● 总决赛共分两轮：

第一轮打SCC水滨场18洞，第二轮打SCC老球场18洞。

第一轮、第二轮均采用18洞同时开球的形式。

36-hole individual Stroke play tournament, ranking by total gross scores. 

The finals are two rounds tournament:

The first round will be played on the SCC Waterside 18 holes,The second round will be played on the SCC Old Course 18 holes.

The first and second rounds will be played shotgun on 18 holes.

The tournament is based on the two-day 36-hole individual stroke play competition, and the player with the lowest gross score is the overall champion.

The Finalists from the China Final are required to hole out 36 holes and submit the scorecard after round. The total score of the players in the 2-day competition from the lowest to the highest. In case of the same number of strokes, please see the "Tie" attached.

根据两天36洞个人比杆赛，按照新新贝利亚计算法进行计算

● 中国总决赛选手：须完成两轮36洞击球入洞并提交完整比赛成绩，按照新新贝利亚计算法，计算两轮比赛总成绩由低到高进行排名。若成绩相同，请见后附“平局处理”。

The tournament is based on the two-day 36-hole individual New New Peoria handicap stroke play competition, and the player with the lowest gross score is the overall champion.

 The Finalists from the China Final are required to hole out 36 holes and submit the scorecard after round. The total New New Peoria handicap net stroke of the players in the 2-day competition from the lowest to the highest. In case of the same number of strokes, please see the "Tie" attached.

团队成绩计算

Total Team scores

根据每个战队每天个人总杆成绩最好的前三名球员总杆之和，进行排名。根据两轮比赛的团队总杆成绩由低到高进行排名。若遇杆数相同，请见后附“平局处理”。

Each team takes the total score of the top 3 players in the each round gross scores as the total score of the team. The total score of the players in the 2-day competition from the lowest to the highest. In case of the same number of strokes, please see the "Tie" attached.

平局处理

Tie

比赛中如果两名或多名选手成绩相同，则视为平局，依据以下方式解决：

If two or more players have the same gross score/Net score, a tie will be resolved as follows:

● 针对个人平局/For invitational competition

① 个人总杆成绩/For gross scores

A. 如两天36洞总杆成绩相同，则先比较选手的第二轮的总杆成绩，总杆较低的选手名次列前；

B. 如第二轮的总杆成绩相同, 则将依次比较第二轮按球场洞号排序，后9洞的总杆成绩，后6洞的总杆成绩，后3洞的总杆成绩，第18洞，第17洞，......，第1洞的成绩来评定获胜者;

C. 如果依然无法判定，则将采取抽签的方式决定名次。

If tied, compare the R2 gross score, the player with the lower score wins.

If the R2 gross score still tied, The count back system is last 9 holes, last 6 holes, last 3 holes,18,17,16...... the player with the lower score wins.

If it still cannot be determined, the ranking will be determined by lottery.

② 个人净杆成绩/For net scores

A. 如两天36洞净杆成绩相同，则先比较选手的第二轮的总杆成绩，总杆较低的选手名次列前；

B. 如第二轮的总杆成绩相同, 则将依次比较第二轮按球场洞号排序后9洞的总杆成绩，后6洞的总杆成绩，后3洞的总杆成绩，第18洞，第17洞，......，第1洞的成绩来评定获胜者;

C. 如果依然无法判定，则将采取抽签的方式决定名次。

If tied, compare the R2 gross score, the player with the lower score wins.

If the R2 gross score still tied, The count back system is last 9 holes, last 6 holes, last 3 holes,18,17,16...... the player with the lower score wins.

If it still cannot be determined, the ranking will be determined by lottery.

● 针对团队平局/For team competition

A. 如两天36洞总杆成绩相同，则先比较团队的第二轮的总杆成绩，总杆成绩较高的团队名次列前；

B. 如第二轮的总杆成绩相同，则将依次比较第二轮后9洞的总杆成绩，后6洞的总杆成绩，后3洞的总杆成绩，第18洞，第17洞，......，第1洞的成绩来评定获胜团队;

C. 如果依然无法判定，则将采取抽签的方式决定名次。

* 注：为避免争议，后9洞，后6洞，后3洞指的是球场第“10-18洞”，第“13-18洞”， 第“16-18洞”。

If tied, compare the R2 team gross score, the team with the lower score wins.

If the R2 team gross score still tied, The count back system is last 9 holes, last 6 holes, last 3 holes,18,17,16...... the team with the lower score wins.

If it still cannot be determined, the ranking will be determined by lottery.

 (For the avoidance of controversy, the last 9 holes, the last 6 holes, and the last 3 holes refer to holes 10-18, 13-18, 16-18.)

到场时间

Time of Arrival

● 所有选手必须在日程规定开球时间至少30分钟抵达赛事签到处签到，活动日程及开球时间将于赛事信息公告栏公布。选手有责任了解自己的分组及开球时间，赛事组委会有取消迟到选手参赛资格的权力。

All players must arrive at the event registration at least 30 minutes before the his tee time. The tee time will be posted on the notice board. It is the responsibility of the players to know their grouping and tee time. The Organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the late players.

奖项设置

Awards

● 除了技术奖之外，每名选手只有一个获得奖项的资格；

● 退赛或被取消资格的选手将不具备任何获奖资格；

● 专业教练、职业球员、高尔夫从业教球人员、以及曾经有过专业教练、职业球员身份者都不具备任何获奖资格。

Besides the technical award, each contestant is eligible for only one award.

Players who withdraw or disqualified will not be eligible for any prizes.

Professional coaches, professional players, professional golf instructors, and former professional coaches and professional players are not eligible for any award.

Qualification for the 

Sports Legends Cup

● 获得华人总决赛总杆冠军、净杆冠军的选手，共2名；获奖及晋级选手年龄须在30-70岁之间，男女不限。

The champion in the gross and net stroke play in the Global Chinese Elite Annual Final will get the qualification, 2 in total. The qualifiers must be between 30 and 70 years of age (inclusive).

  加入集训队资格

● 获得中国总决赛总杆成绩排名前6的选手，共6名，获得加入2025WCGC全球总决赛集训队资格

The top 6 players (6 in total) ranked by gross score in the China National Final will qualify for the training team of the 2025 WCGC World Final.

● 加入集训队的6名球员，通过集训后进行比赛，最终角逐出4名球员，将代表中国队晋级2025WCGC全球总决赛。

After training and competition during the 6 players, the Organizing Committee will decide 4 players represent Team China to participate in the 2025 WCGC World Finals.

选手分组

Groupings

● 赛事组委会将为全部参赛选手进行分组，除非经过赛事总监及裁判长的同意及认可，任何私自更换选手分组的要求都一律不能接受。任何不被组委会授权的私自调组，将被取消本次比赛的所有评奖资格。

The Committee will make the draw. Any request to change the group of the participants will not be accepted unless approved by the TD or the Chief. Any group that is not authorized by the committee will be disqualified from all the awards.

The Committee decides

● 赛事组委会为本次赛事的最终裁决机构，并做出有关于比赛或争议的判决都是最终决策，赛事组委会保留为比赛过程中发生的不可预计情况的而进行修改相应赛事规定的权利。

The Committee shall be the final arbiter of the competition, and any decision on the competition or dispute shall be final. The Committee reserves the right to modify the relevant regulations in case of unexpected circumstances during the competition.

裁判决定

The referee decided

● 由赛事组委会指定的裁判组做出的关于规则争议的处置视为最终决定。

Any dispute over the rules made by the referees appointed by the Committee shall be deemed to be final.

恶劣天气

Bad weather

● 如遇恶劣天气导致比赛终止并无法完成，则赛事组委会有权决定如何选取获胜者。赛事组委会在总决赛期间有权力根据选手已经完成的比赛状况进行选拔，例如：只取一轮比赛成绩作为最终选拔标准，或若连一轮比赛都未完成采取抽签方式选拔。赛事组委会的决定将是最终决定。

In the event that the competition is terminated and cannot be completed due to inclement weather, the Organizing Committee has the right to decide how to select the winner. During the Finals, the Organizing Committee has the right to select players based on their completed matches. For example, only one round of results will be used as the final selection criterion, or if not even one round of matches will be selected by lottery. The decision of the Event Organizing Committee will be final.

选手责任

Player Responsibilities

● 选手在参加比赛时有责任对比赛信息和规则有充分的了解，如因选手未对上述规则清晰了解导致失误，则选手们有可能面临处罚或被取消比赛资格。

A．在整个比赛过程中，选手的手机需处于关机或静音状态。

B．选手有职责自觉执行规则，并不得协商违规。

C．选手使用的球杆必须符合相关说明及规定。

D．选手在比赛中最多可携带不多于14支球杆参与比赛。

E．选手必须在记分卡上记录实际打球杆数。完成比赛后，选手应该检查记分卡内容，如有疑问，应向赛事组委会主动说明解释。选手需要在记分卡上签名，并确认自己的记分员在记分卡上签名。在完成比赛后，选手应立即将记分卡提交到计分处。当记分卡上有一洞没有填写成绩，则按照封顶杆数10杆计算。

F．比赛允许使用电子测距仪（不能使用测量距离以外的功能）。

G．比赛过程中，建议竞赛选手自己标定球位及放置球。

H．当单洞达到10杆时，竞赛及嘉宾选手可以结束当洞比赛，捡球进入下一洞，该洞杆数记为10杆。嘉宾组统计总杆成绩时如果没有击球入洞在下一洞开球了，或者最后一洞提交了计分卡，则按照封顶杆数10杆计算该洞成绩。

I．在比赛过程中，参赛选手需遵守高尔夫礼仪，尊重裁判组判罚，尽全力做好竞赛表现。如参赛选手有违背高尔夫礼仪的行为，包括但不限于：迟到，过度慢打，辱骂同组球员、球童或工作人员，故意挑衅，故意操控自己成绩产生不当得利，以及其他对比赛带来恶劣影响的行为，组委会有权予以处罚。

The players are responsible for having a full understanding of the competition information and rules when participating in the competition. If The player fail to clearly understand the above rules and make mistakes, they may face penalties or be disqualified from the competition.

A. Mobile phones should be turned off or muted during the entire race.

B. According to Rule 1.3, players are responsible for implementing the rules voluntarily and are not allowed to negotiate violations.

C. In accordance with Rule 4.1a, clubs used BY players must comply with the relevant instructions and regulations.

D. In accordance with Rule 4.1b, a player may play with a maximum of 14 clubs.

E. According to Rule 3.3b, players must record the actual number of clubs played on the scorecard. Upon completion of the race, participants should check the scorecard and provide explanations to the organizing committee if they have any questions. Contestants need to sign the scorecard and confirm that their own scorer signed the scorecard. Upon completion of the competition, the competitor should submit the scorecard to the scoring office immediately. When there is no score on a hole on the scorecard, the number of capped strokes is 10.

F. In accordance with Rule 4.3a, the use of electronic rangefinders is allowed (functions other than measuring distance cannot be used).

G. During the game, it is recommended that the players calibrate the ball position and place the ball themselves.

H. When a single hole reaches 10 strokes, the competition and guest players can end this hole, pick up the ball and enter the next hole, the hole score is 10 strokes. If the guest group does not hit the hole and tees off on the next hole, or the scorecard is submitted on the last hole, the score of the hole will be calculated according to the number of capped strokes of 10.

I. During the competition, players should abide by golf etiquette, respect the decisions of the referee team, and do their best to perform well in the competition. The Organizing Committee has the right to punish any player who violates golf etiquette, including but not limited to: being late, playing too slowly, abusing fellow players, caddie or staff, deliberately provocative, deliberately manipulating his/her performance for unjust gain, and other behaviors that have a bad impact on the competition.

Image of the contestant

● 赛事组委会有权采集并使用所有选手的照片、视频、音频素材等信息用于赛事必要的宣传推广，所有赛事的官方照片仅限活动内使用。

The Organizing Committee has the right to collect and use the photos, videos, audio materials and other information of all participants for the necessary publicity and promotion of the event. The official photos of all the events can only be used during the event.

结果公布

Results announced

● 赛事组委会将比赛官方成绩在颁奖盛典宣布并颁奖，视为最终结果公布。

The Organizing committee will announce the official results of the competition and award prizes at the dinner, which will be regarded as the final results.
