自9月12日,以“举杯致敬永恒情谊”为主题的五粮液×金巴厘共创“五谷罗尼(Wugroni)”全球经典鸡尾酒发布会在上海隆重举办以来,“五谷罗尼”(Wugroni)鸡尾酒成功登陆全国500多家酒吧,以美酒为国际化通用语言,融汇文化、创意、时尚、友谊等全球价值共识的元素,绘就大国浓香“美美与共”的国际化愿景与理念。

近日,国际调酒师协会/IBA的秘书长Bruno Santos特意发来视频,祝贺五粮液和金巴利品牌共创的“五谷罗尼”(Wugroni)鸡尾酒的成功发布,并对五粮液和金巴厘在今年内格罗尼周期间的全新跨国界合作表示赞赏和支持。

Bruno Santos在视频中表示,最近很多鸡尾酒都是对旧配方的改良,即便是内格罗尼这样的经典鸡尾酒,也随着时间的推移经历了几种版本或改良,用五粮液白酒代替金酒,你就得到了“五谷罗尼”。起源于1919年的内格罗尼,被认为是世界上最著名的意大利鸡尾酒之一,备受全球鸡尾酒爱好者追捧。“五谷罗尼”(Wugroni)鸡尾酒以五粮液特制的40度白酒替代原配方中的金酒,为具有百年历史的内格罗尼注入新的品味与内涵,高粱、大米、糯米、小麦和玉米的五粮配方,与经典鸡尾酒的交融,也为全球消费者带来新的白酒饮用体验。

视频中,Bruno Santos还表示,白酒是中华文明的命脉,中国浓香型白酒的典型代表,五粮液以其独特的酿造传统和工艺赋予了五粮液深厚的底蕴。他认为,五粮液浓香白酒与经典鸡尾酒内格罗尼,都有着相似的灵魂,即刺激又有个性。

Hello everyone my name is Bruno Santos
I’m the current Secretary General of the International Bartenders Association.
I am here today to express my appreciation and support for this new Cross-border cooperation bettewen Wuliangye and Campari during this year’s Negroni Week.
Negroni Week offers cocktail enthusiasts the opportunity to celebrate cocktail culture and show appreciation for the art of mixology.
In the world of cocktails, there has always been a contrast between innovation and tradition.
Simple and balanced, the Negroni is considered to be one of the most famous Italian cocktails in the world. Invented in 1919 by Count Negroni – who asked to add a touch of gin rather than soda to his favourite cocktail, the Americano – the cocktail was named in his honour.
Since its creation, Campari has been the red heart of the negroni.
This timeless bond has stood the test of time with the Negroni now being named as the world’s best-selling classic cocktail.

As a typical representative of Chinese strong-flavorliquor, Wuliangye has given this liquor a profound heritage with its unique brewing tradition and technology.

The Chinese word for distilled alcohol is literally white alcohol, or, as some may have heard before, Baijiu.
Baijiu is the very lifeblood of Chinese Civilization.
Since ancient times, it has helped shape aspects of religion, culture and customs of the country and inspired words of poets and the strokes of painters.
No matter where you look, baijiu is an omnipresent staple of Chinese Culture.
Since 2016, an estimated 13.6 billion liters of Baijiu are being produced in China yearly, a volume more than double that of the closest global competitor: Vodka.
Most recent cocktails are twists of older recipes, even a classic cocktail like the Negroni has experinced several versions or twists over time. Example such as the Boulevardier where the Gin was replaced by another spirit.
And now I challenge you to try something diferent.
Substitute the gin with Wuliangye Baijiu and you will have a WuGroni!
More than 500 bars in China have enbraced this challenge and are participating in the Negroni Week.
Not only showcasing the Classic Cocktail but also variations such as the WuGroni, Where the use of Wuliangye strong-flavour liquor echoes its “Five Grains”.
Sorghum, rice, Glutinous rice, wheat and corn.
Delivering a cocktail with the same soul but with an in-depth touch of extra kick and personality.
